be sure to be in a quiet place, no background noise
FOR iPHONE USERS
Open the Voice Memos app(It’s already installed on every iPhone.)
Tap the big red record button.
Speak naturally for 20–30 seconds(anything you want — your day, the weather, how your leg feels, etc.)
Tap the red square to stop.
Tap the recording you just made → tap the share icon (a square with an arrow).
Choose Mail.
Address the email to YOUR EMAIL and send.
Done. This produces a clean .m4a file, perfect for your Aurigen read-in.
FOR ANDROID USERS
Open the Voice Recorder, Recorder, or Voice Notes app(every Android phone has one; the name may vary).
Press the Record button.
Speak normally for 20–30 seconds.
Press Stop.
Tap the recording → find Share or Send.
Choose Email(Gmail or whatever email app they use).
Send to YOUR EMAIL.
Done.Android usually sends the file as .mp3, also excellent.
