Are all items organic
No - not all all of the time. We stirve to use a majority of organic ingredients and to use preparations that go "beyond" organic. If you want to ensure items are organic there will be a special sticker on the Grab & Go. You can also sign up for the CSK, organic bakery club, and others.. Special orders or individualized plans can be discussed. Have a special dietary restriction? most can be accommodated by special request - based on availability of ingredients at the time.

What are your hours?
Chef Cathy & Family live onsite, however if you are traveling please call ahead as this is a seasonal area. Hours can be different for gourmet picnic onsite, classic dining, grab & go ....
